With over 20 years as a chef at some of the most prestigious eating establishments in New England, Curtis has had ample time to fine tune his culinary skills to an art. With a background in preparing an array of dishes, from seafood to steakhouse Curtis can cook it all. His passion lays in touching people’s hearts with a tasteful experience; to him, this is not just another catering gig, this is his passion.
In the summer of 2020, Curtis found himself flipping the page to a new chapter in his journey. He married the love of his life, Sara, and was inspired to find a new beginning in his career as well. With a newfound burst of excitement, Curtis begin feverishly writing all the things he loved to do down on a piece of paper. When he was finished he had the outline for his new catering business: Taylored to You cuisine. Now, he and Sara are starting on a new adventure exploring all of the possibilities of pairing food and passion!
